CUSTOMER BENEFITS   There is no charge to Coldwell Banker customers. It provides on-stop shopping, added convince and time saving. It reduces the stress associates with buying or selling a home. Customers get a rapid response to their request for services. Customers receive referrals to qualified contractors who provide quality work at a competitive price.

HOW THE CONCIERGE PROGRAM WORKS

The cold Banker Concierge program is a referral based program. Simply refer your customer to one of several national or local service providers. The customer can then call the service provider direct and mention your referral, then give the vendor a special ID# for obtaining any prearranged discounts. There is no further follow-up on involvement required from the sales associate.
